I design logos for quite a few different clients on-line and my method is create the samples and when client is satisfied he/she sends the payment and I send the files. simple as that. If I can't make the time line I tell them right off the bat. Never had a problem yet.

I use a guy called Riks for directory templates...he's quick, pretty cheap and has never failed to impress. If anyone wants his details PM me and I'll give you his email address.

I found a nice guy at a freelance forum who does with commitment and he delivers before the time frame.

I love individual like him.
