New to SEO and was wondering if the same rules apply to a web site that is getting redirected to another site.
So for example I have a site called: www.mynewwebsite.com and it points to a multi level marking product website which is : wwww.mlmwebsite.com/db2dba I can't have link pages on this MLM site, I can't run google analytics because I cant modify any of the pages. So, If I still submit www.mynewwebsite.com to directories will google realize this and will my pr go up after time? Any suggestions on how to build PR on sites like this would be appreciated. I have also heard not to even worry about PR that the main point is to drive traffic, so with that said. how does one go about increasing traffic to their websites without increasing the pr? I know one way is do the PPC but that can get very expensive. So I guess the real question is how does one increase traffic without incurring to much expense? Thanks for your thoughts on this.
