Seeking directories to list in

Prerequisites are:

#1. Requiring no reciprocal link
#2. Allow the listing to be submitted as a free entry
#3. Have no objections to sites displaying a few ads on each index page.
#4. The PR of the directory isn't a concern
#5. Want to list these on this page: www.danscartoons.com/web_sites.htm

Any recommedations are appreciated as I have been sending to many on the list provided here http://www.directorycritic.com/free-directory-list.html but assume there are others?
