How to install?

I just went to the Free PHPLD Templates page and downloaded a template from Nima and I have no clue how to install this or start running my directory. I just uploaded everything with FTP but I can't get to any directory or do anything. Wtf?

Do you have also uploaded MySQL database in proper place?
