Do you know a very simple listings script?

I'm interested to have a script like this but the links will not go to other website but to internal website to some listing.
I have a html website and I will sell fishing baits. Well I need a directory because there are different kind of baits and some of them are not available all year. Because some baits are rare I need to ask in some other places if they are available before I will be sure that I can sell those baits. That's why I'm not interested in an online shop because this isn't impersonal selling.

OK, when the visitor is clicking on the link it will go to the bait page where are some explanations, maybe pictures, etc. On that page I would like to have something like print page, pdf and contact. Contact is very important because when he will contact me I need to know exactly from what bait page is coming.

Do you know some kind of script or at least something near my requests?
