what is your budet to start.

it can be 0 usd so you start with free host and free directory script.
and free templates.

or you have a budget and you can go for paid host paid script custom template etc.

so give some details and we can point you in the right direction.

You can just pay money for a starter plan Linux hosting package.

Then you get phpLD v2 free (if you don't want to paying more) and upload it on your server and follow installation steps

I think thats all, in future maybe you will want to upgrade it as well.
