website concept

I'm looking for advice from someone in the website world that can tell me if Im wasting my time or not with my website efforts. I have composed a large website concept that has become so costly that I now feel I have bitten off more than I can chew. I could just be wasting my time and money and I don't even know it. I need a critic to look at my situation and tell me if I'm crazy or what.
The home for the website is at http://cyberspacebulletinboard.com. When you get there you will find that I only have two sites being worked on right now. the Time Tunnel and the Singles sites will come up.

Its really not working. The culprit behind this is Javascript. Correct it and It will work.
