Making Money Online

I see alot of people on Digital Point and various other forums saying they make lots of money online. I do some article writing, paid posting, ect... for a few extra dollars but I want to be able make some serious money. Can you guys help me out and point me in the right direction?

well i guess.. advertising is the way to go if you want big buck. google adsense of course the biggest chunk. but I myself haven't succeed on doing so

If you are focusing on provide content writing, why not try to build up your credibility first. I know many people are not earn what they are supposed to earn from writing articles just because they charge so less and well below market rate. If you have reputation, you can easily make few hundred bucks a month.

Make your own website, promote it, get traffic and sponsors and keep making money.
Select a field of your interest.

Another way is look for a good domains and buy it. Some people who really has the money will invest and look for domains that has the potential to one day become famous. Either way like mohammad said, make use of the domain and develop website there and get good PR to sell everything later. There are people who earn few thousand buck selling a good domain.

Make a directory and do the promotions and get good page rank and start selling premium listing for $$$$
