If a website have more advertisement compare to the content e.g. a site solely based on adsense ads, it will be rejected.

It's true. If you follow the directory guidelines of many web directories, they have a special condition for this. They will never accept it.

I have submitted my site to 800 directories which is adult related and It is accepted in almost 50 percent of directories.

I am selling lingeries on my site have pictures of models showing lingerie. It's approved on many directories.

It could be because it has no relations to prography.

Perhaps your site is a ecommerce site which is selling those products.
