Do you think that people will not type proper english even though they want their sites to be approved.

many people submit so confusing title and description that directory owner just see and reject it and never look again to the request.

I had a directory years back.

People used to submit their website details and descriptions in german language.

I never knew german, so I have no choice except to reject them.

but this rule does not applies every where. There are many web directories which are specific to germany and the directory owner do not know any language except german so even submitting english description and title does not work.

That's the reason, it is said that you must know what kind of directory it is and based on that submit in their own language.

Also that's the reason, where automated software based directory submission fails and give negative impact.

Automatic Submisison never works. It fails only.

Hyden, I am feeling that you have attention to details and have a style to get the information. Eg. eveybody is resonponding here to your question. I am feeling that both the quality says that why do not you become directory owner yourself. I have many directories to manage as well.

But I am a SEO Specialist. I do not have much time to do approvals in directories. But I have few people who probably interested in this.

I will let you know if any one is there who can take in charge of your directories.

Sure, I will wait for any people from your side. I basically require a two full time directory moderator.
