Get it customized according to the template design you want with a third party freelancer.

Start promoting it
and Start Earning $$$ in your bank account.

But very cheap forumla for promoting it. No mentioned how to promote it.

Get you directory ads place every where on internet.

People will come on your directory and will love to pay for it till the time you will be able to maintain the quailty of your direcotry.

Some times this works. but more important is that your should have a proper promotion strategies without which everything fails even though remaining stuffs are ok.
