I think on some good ideas for sites but I have never Google Adsense account yet because it does not support our country

Geee....How are you going to make money if the adsense is not used on the directory? Any reason why? Just curious

Charge for Submissions. Review fees.

You can also sell perhaps the first few spots for links in ur directory to earn money.
